Punjab cricketer and Kolkata Knight Riders all-rounder Ramandeep Singh has married television actor Charlie Chauhan in a traditional Punjabi ceremony. Friends and fellow players attended the celebrations, including India fast bowler Arshdeep Singh, Naman Dhir, Ashwini Kumar and Punjab cricketer Jasinder Singh.
Ramandeep appeared in an embroidered cream sherwani, while Chauhan wore a maroon bridal lehenga with traditional jewellery. Images from the ceremony circulated further after television actor Jay Bhanushali shared a wedding photograph on his Instagram story.
Chauhan is known for shows including Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan and Best Friends Forever. She has also appeared on MTV Roadies and the dance reality show Nach Baliye.
Ramandeep plays domestic cricket for Punjab and represents KKR in the IPL. He is a right-handed batter and medium-pace bowler known for aggressive batting and fielding. He has played 38 IPL matches, scoring 299 runs and taking seven wickets, and has represented India in two T20 internationals.
